PART TIME ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL TRAINING

LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN FITNESS INSTRUCTING

Fitness Instructing is the entry level qualification to the fitness industry and develops competency in the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition. With this certification you will be able to work within gyms and fitness centres gaining experience and learning the trade before taking the next step to Level 3 Personal Trainer status. LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE IN PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training is for fitness professionals who currently hold a  Level 2 qualification or a recognised equivalent and want to progress to full Personal Trainer status (REPs Level 3). MOVEMENT SCREENING AND MUSCLE IMBALANCE CPD
